Contribution Terms & Policy
Effective Date: October 08, 2026 • Applicable to all registered Creators and Asset Contributors on Freetoget.online.
1. Eligibility & Account Registration
By registering as a Contributor on Freetoget.online, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age (or have explicit parental/guardian consent), provide accurate profile information, and possess full legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
2. Copyright Ownership & Intellectual Property
As a creator, you retain the intellectual ownership of your original artistic works. When submitting assets to Freetoget.online:
- Warranty of Originality: You guarantee that every uploaded cutout, vector, or transparent asset is your original creation, or you hold verified commercial distribution licensing rights.
- Non-Exclusive License Grant: You grant Freetoget.online a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, index, display, generate previews, distribute, and promote your submitted content across our platform and partner networks.
- No Infringing Material: Submitting watermarked, stolen, scraped, or unauthorized trademarked logos without fair-use clearance is strictly prohibited and subject to immediate deletion.
3. Asset Quality & Submission Standards
To maintain our high aesthetic and technical catalog standards, all submissions must meet the following criteria:
All PNGs must have smooth, transparent backgrounds without halos, jagged white borders, or background artifacts.
Minimum recommended width of 1000px with sharp details suitable for graphic designers and web developers.
Include descriptive titles and at least 3-10 relevant keywords. Tag spamming or deceptive titles will result in rejection.
When offering paid source files (.AI, .PSD, .EPS, .ZIP), files must be well-organized and match the PNG preview.
4. Moderation & Review Process
All newly uploaded assets are held in a pending state and reviewed by our editorial team prior to public indexing. Approval or rejection decisions (with feedback) are usually completed within 24 to 48 hours and notified in your creator dashboard and email.
5. Monetization, CPM & Asset Sales
Contributors can monetize their creative works through two distinct revenue streams:
- CPM Download Revenue: Earn fixed revenue per 1,000 unique, validated downloads of your free PNG cutouts.
- Paid Asset Sales: Earn a direct commission share (up to 70-80%) whenever buyers purchase your paid source files via bKash.
All earnings are subject to our Withdraw & Payout Policy.
6. Prohibited Conduct & Content
The following activities are strictly prohibited and will lead to immediate account termination and forfeiture of unpaid earnings:
- Artificial download inflation using bots, proxy farms, autoclickers, or paid download exchange networks.
- Uploading explicit adult/NSFW content, hate speech, violent imagery, or defamatory media.
- Uploading malicious files, trojans, or deceptive download links.
- Repeatedly infringing on copyrighted third-party material.
